Reimagining Bentley’s Configurator Pipeline

We partnered with Bentley Motors to revolutionise the way rendered assets are produced for their global car configurator. The goal: build a new pipeline capable of delivering tens of thousands of high-fidelity, post-production-free renders at scale — while maintaining the visual standard expected of one of the world’s most luxurious automotive brands.

130 Unique paint Shaders.

Our first challenge was to recreate over 130 unique paint shaders from Bentley’s colour palette, ensuring every finish — from deep metallics to heritage tones — was technically accurate and visually consistent. We then developed a bespoke CGI lighting setup that precisely replicated Bentley’s existing imagery, allowing us to integrate seamlessly into their brand ecosystem while eliminating the need for time-intensive post-processing — a true shift from industry norms.

First-of-its-Kind

This pipeline was powered by a new rendering platform developed by an MIT graduate, capable of producing over 40,000 renders per day. The result was a first-of-its-kind production workflow: an automated, highly scalable system that delivered configurator-ready imagery without compromise — blending innovation, precision, and performance for a truly modern luxury brand.
